Other than that your log is clean of malware.

Can you press Ctrl+Alt+Del and go to the processes tab? It should say which file is using 100% usage there.

Thank you OwNt, for your quick reply. The 100% is not being used by any one in particular, but all of them together. I will take that one out you suggested, So there is a good reason to believe it is being caused by something else.
