computer has some problems

i read this already and went through the steps...."You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log "'

but i still get this weird thing on my computer..
whenever i put my speaker on and browse through the internet....
i keep hearing 'hello~hello~" from the speaker..from every different sites...
i don't no what it is..but i keep getting this hello~ message from the speaker as someone is talking to me

any help??

Your speakers are probably picking up interference from an outside source, most likely a mobile phone, cordless phone, radio station or possibly even a pirate broadcast.

Of course it could just be that the sites you're visiting have audio enabled adverts on them if its only happening on certain sites.

If possible, switch the computer off and leave the speakers on to see if they continue to pick anything up.
