Hi keegen, Check whether the folllowing folder exists: C:\Documents and Settings\XXXXX\Start Menu\Programs where, c: is the drive where Windows was installed. XXXXX is the user account name for which the problem occurs.
I can find in the registry were it should point to that folder but the value is set at C:\Documents and Settings. When I change the value to point to C:\Documents and Settings\XXXXX\Start Menu\Programs and then restart the system it gets changed back to C:\Documents and Settings.
