OK guyz ive managed to catch the error, my problem is this has been hapening for quite a while, causing computer crashes and system failure. I have a 9600pro card and have had to install secondary drivers to run certain games. I am running the omega v2.6.75a driver and it seems that even after a reformat this error keeps on coming. HELP plz.
error is attached
[Windows - Display Driver stopped responding]
The ati2dvag display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functionality. The next time you reboot the machine dialog will be displayed giving you a chance to upload data about this failure to Microsoft.

Hope you can help

Could it possibly be the application/game you are running is incompatable with the card? Maybe check suppourt for that card in the readme files for the program, and on thier website.
