I recently purchased Call of Duty 2 and my computer meets all of the specifications.

It installed fine but when I go to play it, it freezes for about 2-3 minutes and then a message pops up saying 'please insert the correct CD/DVD Rom and restart the application'.

I then got to eject the game and reinsert it but the DVD drive doesnt respond and when I go to 'My Computer' it doesnt even identify the DVD player.

Please help its really annoying me and my dad as this same problem happens with Medal of Honour Pacific Assault

Well you might try getting a no cd patch or mini iso from gamecopyworld.com(at least i think thats the name) that way you can circumvent the drive all together, i use no cd patches for all my games becasue i cant be bothered digging out boxes and games all the time.
