i have this message when i try to sighn in.

i turned my firewall off to i have mcfee.

Try uninstalling the MSN Messenger using Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. Then download and install the newest version which is available HERE.. Your firewall and AV Program should allow you to configure it as it installs.
