My sister-in-law has a virus that has been identified as lsass.exe or something to that affect. She cannot access the Internet because of the virus so she cannot download Hijack This or ADAware. We need to delete this file and because it has changed the admin rights we cannot. I had a similiar problem once and this forum gave me instructions how to reset the admin rights so we could delete the file. She is running Windows XP Pro, can anyone post those instructions again?

TIA
