Its actually known as the socket 775 cpu. Not many people at all will know what your talking about if you say 640.



It depends on what you will be using it for. Gaming, ect..


Good motherboard brands are Dfi, abit, gigabyte and some msi.


Im familiar with the cpu that your talking about, let me guess is it a 3.2 ghz presscott core pentium 4?
