when windows is loaded on my computer, a box pops up to say "The norton antivirus auto-protect driver could not be loaded. your system is not protected from viruses. please restart." but this always pops up whenever i turn on my computer. when i go to the norton prgm, it says that the autoprotect is on. Also, when i sign on to the internet, i cannot log into msn, or google-talk, nor can i sign into my email accounts with hotmail or gmail from my computer.
please help!
