I have Windows Millennium Edition. Lately when I try to open Word it doesn't work and my computer gets stuck. I have to switch off the pc manually (by pressing the button. I reinstalled Word and Windows 2000, but the problem is still there.
Any idea what this can be?

If you have Norton antivirus, open it, click options then remove tick from enable office plug in
