Can't get rid of Virtumonde and ByteVerify

I keep getting popups from winfix and other sites (I assume due to Virtumonde)

I have tried all of the software recommended in the "Read this first" section and ran into a few problems:

Problem 1)
None of the software was able to detect the problem except Panda Activescan (it detected virtumonde and ByteVerify). Unfortuneately when I tried to use Panda's virus removal S/W it said I must first uninstall Etrust Ez Anitvirus. I cannot find Etrust on my computer so I could not remove it.

Problem 2)
I have Norton Antivirus on my computer. I disabled it but I am not sure that was enough to allow me to put on other antivirus S/W. ZoneAlarm keeps getting requests for NDETECT.EXE to access the net and LuComServer_2_6.EXE. Should these still be active with Norton disabled? A couple of webpages said LuComServer_2_6.EXE is a threat. Also the Destination IP keeps changing on the request.

Problem 3)
Everytime a scan occurs I get popups saying that HP Photo is trying to install drivers. I don't know if this is just a problem with my HP printer installation or something much worse.

Note that I looked through "Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites." but was not sure what to do with the info so I did nothing.

Please let me know what I can do to fix the problem.

Below is my HJT log:

Am I missing information in the posting such that no one wants to try and tackle this one?
Have I missed a step in what I should have done before requesting help?

I'm still struggling with this one - is there anyone who can help me with it?
