Complete newbie who needs help. I'm at my local library since I can't get online from home anymore. My AVG virus came up with a win32/nsag virus yesterday. The only way past it was to vault the virus. I now can not run get online as it appears it has done something to my IE. I connect thru my ISP but then when I click on my IE to open the internet I get an invalid syntax error. I also can not run spybot, adware or other programs as they state that wininet.dll is missing. Is this fixable without being able to get online to run any fixing programs? I see that when others post they list some sort of log to help you out. I don't know where or how to get that info. If you would tell me how I'd be happy to do so.
