Good day. This is my first time posting here. I do apologize if this questions has already been asked, but here goes nothing. *chuckle*

Recently, my computer has given me an error message and I have no clue what it means or how to even try to fix it. I'd appreciate any suggestions as to what it might mean and/or how to fix it. Keep in mind that I am not the most computer literate of people. Heck, it took me almost 45 minutes to find the place to post a new topic. *grimace*

The following is the error message I received:

"Stop: C0000221 - Bad Image Checksum
The image MSASN1.dll is possibly corrupt.
The header checksum does not match the computed checksum."

I thank you all for any suggestions.
