I spilt water on my sony laptop three days ago. I somehow managed to do this in the middle of the night so I did not notice it until the morning. My computer will start up and run as usual(the mouse started working after the first day), but my keyboard is broken. It will now respond to pressing a button but with the wrong letter/number or sometimes multiple letters/numbers. I was wondering if there is anything I can do about this, or if I have to replace the keyboard or whole computer. Thank you!

It's hard to say for certain. On a laptop, the computer components are located directly below the keyboard. Unlike a desktop system. You could try leaving the desktop upside down for a couple day to see if it drys out and returns to normal. If not, a trip to the repair shop is probably in order. <_<
