i have an hp with xp and it continuesly reboots from "Windows XP" OS start-up window. I have tried booting from a floppy, but it won't let me. also I can't get to the boot-up sequence menu from F4. However it will let me use the funtion F8. would someone please give advice on what I should do without having to reformat it. thank you.
