I previously posted to the Windows XP log. Was told to replace my CMOS battery and I did that.
Now my computer is running slow. When I boot up I get a My Documents window and no bar down at the bottom. It takes a long time to log on as any user.
On to of that I think I am having some sort of problem with CounterSpy. When I turn off the computer I get a window:
CounterSpy
Run-time error '462'
The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable
This message is related to 17 little pop-up windows I get when I log on. Here's the text of one of them:

I have not allowed these little approval notices yet. Should I?
