Inqwire Spyware- Cant Get Rid of

Alright. I visited good-tutorials.com and found that it is what gives me the Inqwire dilemma. Now I need to get rid of this pesky problem and any other problems I may have that I dont know about. I do regular defrags and disc clean up. I remove cookies and temp files. I do virus scans and spyware scans regularly.

I have Windows XP Professional - Service Pack 1. No intention of updating to SP2 tonight or even this week.
