[R- I'M LOST]

I was playing a game and i have to pres the shift key to play. O.k- then a pop up comes on and say that if i press the shift atl or ctrl key 5 times something happens?? Then i press settings and check ingore repeated shift key pressing! BAD MOVE! Now i can only press any key just once (typing this is hard) How do i fix this--i can't find how to get that pop up back. I just want to type and play my game Thanks, you guys have been very good to me in the past.

Go to START-->CONTROL PANEL. Double-click on ACCESSIBILITY OPTIONS and click the SETTINGS button under the STICKY KEYS heading and undo whatever you did the last time you were in this window.
