I've run all of the above programs, multiple trojan/virus scans (I use McAfee, but I used multiple downloaded and online scans) and updates and I'm still having the problem. The performance issue didn't really start (except for pop-ups) until Vundo was "removed," so I have to believe it is related to whatever infection I have had.
