CPU Usage 100%

I've just noticed my CPU usage is at 100% and it's staying like it. That's not good right?

Well it's gone down again, it was Dawn of War that was doing it. Though surely it shouldn't make it go to 100%?

If it's just goes to 100% for a short period, there's nothing wrong with that. That particular program may need a lot of the CPU when it loads. If the CPU stays at 100% for the whole time you use that program, then something is wrong.

My laptop CPU usage becomes 100% while i use yahoo messenger. It becomes normal when i close it.
