That title should say way to boost.

I am using a signal from my neighbor at my work. Well the signal is very weak. If i move my laptop 1 inch to the right or left it disconnects. even if someone stands in the room in front of me it disconnects. Is there some way to get around this. a way to boost the receptivness of my laptop or something.
