does anyone know where i can find software that allows you to zoom ryt into pictures on my computer and and makes them clearer also

You can get some sharpening with good old Irfanview, and it has zoom features for viewing.

www.irfanview.com

But to double the sharpness of an image you need four times as much information, and the information can't come out of thin air. So any software that does sharpening will be very limited.
