Everytime i start my computer up it will restart again automaticlly. After that it says there was a system error (i think) and that it was cause by a device error. I've tried to download IBM DLA updates because my system told me there was a problem with that but there is always a problem with them and they wont install. The only reason i believe this is relavent is because that is the program IBM gives you to burn cd's i no this because we have more than one ibm. Can anyone help me with this? i usually leave my computer since it is such a pain to wait for it to log on and then restart again every time.

Click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter, you need the XP CD and get a blue progress bar, when the bar goes, reboot.

When it has loaded to the desktop, click start then run, type chkdsk /f /r
then press enter, type Y to confirm for next boot, press enter then reboot.

This will take an hour, it will appear to load normally then either the monitor will show progress or the screen will go blank, do not disturb this.
