When I power-up my PC I get A beeping noise that last about five seconds every three seconds. Can someone please assist me. I am running ME. And the monitor will not turn on at all. I checked at the connections.

The beeping indicates there is a problem with the ram or the video card or onboard video depending on witch you have.

First thing to try would be reseating the ram but make sure to touch the case to discharge static from your self before touching any part inside the computer.

If this don't help try reseating the video card if the computer has one.

Post back with the results and if you could tell us the brand and model of computer that would help.
If its a custom build give us as many specs as you can.
