Well, I'm back. Thanks again crusty old bloke for your previous help. My coworker caught a virus or something on his computer and aas dumb as I am about pcs he is even dumber. I've went through all the steps that are required already and this is where I'm at now. At some point in doing all the pre HJT log posting steps I developed a problem where I am getting error message after error message regarding an error with the kernal32.dll file. It starts with saying Spool32 has caused and error in kernel32.dll and goes through quite few error message before finally locking up. At one point my desktop had file named warnhp.html, that is gone replaced by an error message wanting me to restor an active desktop. However, it will not allow me to restore it. So, since that's all I can think of right now, here is my HJT log. Thank you so very much for any help I can get. Sorry if I'm missed a step or did one wrong. Just let me know and I'll redo it. Thanks again.
