3 days - still can`t get rid of malware

Having difficult time getting rid of trojans / malware / rootkit problems.

Fresh reinstall of xp pro, but everytime i connect to the `net a pgm called freepod toolbar runs automatically and downloads unknown files.

Using adaware, spybot, avg free, solo anti virus, and bazooka - problems persist.
