dc++ and iternet got slowe down

hi friends....recently i got problem
Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL
The specified module could not be found

i got rid of this problem....but after doing this my internet connection got slowed down...my internet speed is 100.0mbps.before with dc++ i used to download things at the rate of 3mbps to 5mbps but now it is 15kbps..or a bit mre..i dont know why here is the saved log file using hijack this.....

the new.net plugin is installed as a layered service provider... if the software is removed, all your internet requests are still passing through the newdotnet layer... the above article gives good advice on how to fix the problem
