I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but I've got to answer some questions for a college paper on Digital Audio Workstations (for music recording) and am totally at a loss!

What is the difference between interconnection protocols and peripheral bus systems? Is there any?

How would you explain integration of audio and MIDI signal paths for music production?

What are the processing requirements for music projects?

If anyone can help at all I'd really appreciate it! Or even point me in the right direction for online reading!

Many thanks.

HI and welcome to Geeks to Go. I don't do homework, but I do have a link that may help you find the information you are looking for. http://www.epanorama...inks/audio.html
Main page is http://www.epanorama.net. This site has many links, one of the best I have found for electronics and other technical stuff.
