I had this &*^$ on my comp. I spent at least an hour looking to get my desk top back. I finnally went here: http://www.hijackthi...gselect=english
I scanned with Hijack, had it analized, and had my desktop back in just a few minutes.
I hope this can help others.

Hello, Shadow1100.

Automated scanning tools miss most of the worse infections because many of them use random files, they can also have false positives.
