Some friends have said that the shuttle wont take my HDD ? Is this true ?



My current HHD has an IDE connection, the shuttle doesnt i dont think


Just ordered this ?

Its ok ?

Yeah it is, your IDE would also be compatible, a new drive never hurts either though i always need more space.

IF you RMA it they just send you another one. You could have asked us, you should have asked your friends that if it doesnt have an IDE how does it manage to have a CD/DVD drive.

Next time you know to ask us first. You should have saved your money 60 quid will get you a 200gb version of that drive you picked(its cheaper to get more up to about 250-300gb)

Darn!

Well its been dispatched now! I would of asked but everything is ocming tommorow and i wanted it straight away so i could get it up and running. Well 80gb will have to do.

Nevermind. Ill talk to oyu guys tommorow hopefully from my new comp! not this one asking for help!?
