Hi LJD!

Right click MY COMPUTER, select PROPERTIES. In the new window that appears, make sure you are on the GENERAL tab. Under the SYSTEM heading, it will tell you if you have Service Pack 2 installed or not. If you are unsure what you have, then post everything that is listed under SYSTEM to a reply to this topic.
