trying to use new Olympus SP500UZ digital camera and software-on this new Dell XP system. system includes:
Single Drive:16X CD/DVD burner (DCD+/-RW) w/ double layer write capability.

when attempting to select image again using Olympus software, going to backup, selecting CD/DVD button
the system automatically launces
ImageMixer Backup Utility (as it's suppose to)

then I receive error message that says, "No Writable Drive found"????

Note-This is the first time that I have yet to use the CD/DVD burner with this dell.

Right click an image, click send to, send to the CD Writer to see if you get the same thing, it may be the Olympus software does not recognise the drive

Remove any discs from the CD / DVD drives, click start then my computer to see if the drive is listed as an RW drive
