BF2 Installation Issues

For some reason whenever I try to install BF2, it won't install completely because whenever it tries to install some files it says that an error occured and it won't work. The dvd is still in pretty good condition, please help...
It says: MD5Error: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\filename.zip, retry?

check the ea support site for specific instructions. you will need to copy the cd's to the hard drive and install them from there.

ah, making a disk image didn't work, same errors with the disk image...I think the DVD is defective.
