I just installed X-lite and now I need to get a voIP provider. I was hoping for a free provider since I probably won't be able to use it anyway. (w/my hunk of junk computer) Are there any free carriers out there? I have about gone ballistic searching the web.

Also, I would like to know how to get to my BIOS screen when I start up. I need dummy instructions since I am barely computer literate w/this technical jargon.
