Everytime i delete one, i do the panda scan and it finds another one, should i just keep deleting them until it stops?:

Adware:adware/securityerror Not desinfected C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ot.ico
Adware:Adware/SecurityError Not desinfected C:\!KillBox\sec1-adls[1].htm

Yes please do...also Go Here and do a full system scan and remove all it finds. Report back what it finds.
