I was attempting to change e-mail settings for Outlook and now cannot even get into Outlook let alone see my calendar or contacts.

I deleted my e-mail account and server exchange settings that I used at a previous employer. I attempted to add hotmail information and now I can't open Outlook. Is there a way I can get back my calendar and contact information? If I cannot do it myself are there any services that can retrieve this information from the hard drive?

Are you talking about Outlook express or Microsoft Outlook ?
Since it has a calendar I assume it is Microsoft outlook.
You say you deleted what you used at a previous employer.
I assume you used to look up work emails at home ? Yes
How did you delete the information.
