I have a VX2 and other random spyware on my computer that Ad-Aware SE is not catching and is shutting down CW-Shredder. This is my HijackThis Log as well as my Find.bat log...any help would be appreciated...thanks guys...

You need the latest version of VX2. Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

here is the log it gave me...also while it was searching...it had several windows pop up saying that there was a 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem error..."an installable virtual device driver failed dll initialization" dont know what that means....thanks for the quick response!!

thanks for all of the help...i am no longer showing any VX2 stuff...

When i tried to find the files n20050308.exe and E6F1873B.dll, the files did not exist anywhere in my hard drive. I am assuming that they were cleaned out by some other program somewhere. Thanks for all of the help! Let me know if my system looks clean or if it needs some more work done to it. Have a good one!
