Add/Remove problem

I cant seem to find many applications listed in the Add/Remove feature in control panel, like "Real Player", "Window Media Player", and some major games.

Their are also some strange things listed which cannot be removed, things like "copy", "printscreen", "overland", "scan", "QFolder".... what on earth is going on???????
