Can anyone tell by looking at this, which viruses I have and what has caused my printer to complete stop working? I have a Dell Dim 2400 desktop, AIO A940 printer, Windows XP with SP2. Thanks!

(1) You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

(2)Be sure you're able to view hidden files,

(3)Disk Cleanup:Unzip Disk Cleanup we will use it later

(4) Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

(5) Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).

Please use windows explorer to find the following Files and Folders

C:\WINDOWS\ isrvs <-Delete this folder

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ yudelox.dll <-Delete this file

(6) Please run Disk Cleanup

Reboot your PC.
