First I must apoligize to the moderators, as I couldn't even locate my previous post from last week, thus I started this new thread.

After following all the recommended steps to take before posting this new thread, it seems I have narrowed down my problem to the "Look2Me" virus/trojan, with the help of Ewido security pro. Althjough after scanning and cleaning the sytem of various DLL files, when I reboot and scan again, the malware seems to be one step ahead of me with NEW DLLs not previousely picked up in previous scans. (Thus leading me to believe that after cleaning it out, another program still hiding, is allowing the programs and dlls to be reinstalled.)

I will enclose my HiJack this file below, and would appreciate any assistance.

Moderators, please close my previous thread since I have narrowed down the problem (at least I think I have) in an effort to help keep your assitance to a minimum thus allwing you to hel others in a more timely fashion..

Thanks again for the fine work and assistance to have furnished to other people like myself who have been affected with these malware problems.

Thanks
