Hello -

I use MS Outlook Web Access to access my work email at home. I had a spyware problem, and got that fixed. However, ever since I did that, I have not been able to access any email through Internet Explorer and MS Outlook Web Access. The webpage opens, but no messages appear - on the bottom bar it says "Error on Page". I think I have my firewall settings too high, but am not sure how to fix this.

Thanks.

Lets see if we can determine what the error is.
Go to your OWA, and go to the point where you get the error.
Down in the left hand corner there should be a yellow exclaimation point. Click on it to open the error message box.
Copy the entire error message to this thread and I'll try to see what the error is.

It looks like there is an error with the code used for OWA. Because I do not have access to your network, your best bet would be to contact your network administrator or computer help desk.

Sorry I couldn't be more of a help.

Hi Ryan. Thanks for your help. I went to my company's IT Department and they recommended running MS updates or downloading NetScape and working off of that. I did download Netscape and my webmail works just fine off of that, so problem solved.

Thanks again.
