Hi,

I have just built a new system and everything is great, but the one thing that isn't so great, well first of all, when I first install windows xp pro it wouldn't boot came up with disk configeration problem, reinstalled file system and windows and then it worked but now the thing is, is whenever windows boots up the keyboard stops working I mean the num lock light is still on but the keyboard crashs?

Thanks a million to people that can help :tazz:

The first thing to try would be going in in safe mode and uninstalling anything in Device manager related to the keyboard. If it's a USB keyboard you may need to uninstall it in HIDs too. Then reboot and hope it picks up the keyboard. If it doesn't, you may have it disabled in BIOS.
