Our computer gets a message that is from the Microsoft Visual Library. Whenever someone tries to open a program the error box appears and says Program:c\Program files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team.

We can open all files and programs under my name, but my co-workers can't open anything now. They all get the same message. Can you tell me how to fix this? We do not have a google tool bar installed.
