Hi there, I have an old Presario Laptop at home . For a while I've been getting these annoying "Best Offer" pop-ups. They are from the ABI network. Also, when I do a disc clean up or actually remove programs to create space on the hard drive - the space doesn't get created...like something is stopping space to open up in memory. I only have about 80mb of space left and I have hardly any programs left on the hard drive...no photos, no music files, etc. Please help me get rid of this spyware. I was close to doing it once, but the spyware removal software needed more space than I had!

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

PS When I ran Hijack I had quite a few things unchecked [using msconfig] in my startup. Do I need to check everything in startup and than run Hijack again? Sorry if I screwed up

Please follow the instructions given. You need to start a new thread in the Malware Forum, and paste your HijackThis log into the new thread.

I am closing this thread. If you still experience problems after you are given a clean bill of health by the Malware Staff, please pm a Moderator or Admin, and we will re-open this thread for you. :tazz:
