Hello,

I am having an intermittent problem where my laptop keyboard will start replicating a phrase that I have just typed. It replicates it until the system can't take it anymore and the keyboard is locked up. I can save files with the mouse but have to reboot in order to use the keyboard.

The problem never seems to arise when I am using my docking station and when I used an external keyboard the problem did not arise. Thinking that that might indicate it was a problem with the keyboard, I had my keyboard replaced. On the same day this issue first happened the speakers on my system started breaking up with static and were unlistenable...but this, too, has been intermittent.

The consensus of those who have helped me is that this is either a problem with the motherboard or, perhaps, a particularly nasty piece of spyware.

Since the problem arose I have done a virus scan (Command anti virus - authentium.com), an Ad-Aware scan, Spy Bot scan, A2 scan and Trojan hunter scan - none of the scans found any problems. Having exhausted my knowledge of other steps to try, I have done a Hijack This scan and the logfile is listed below. Any help you can give me with this log and with the problem would be greatly appreciated.
