i have two computers both connected to the internet throught the same router. is ther a way i can make the internet slower or one computer, or slow down its bandwidth?

Some of the more expensive routers have this ability to throttle the connection speed on a per computer basis. Others allow you to throttle the speed on a per port basis.

But without knowing which router you've got, name and model number, its irrelevant anyway.
