Hi there Aman87,
The following are mandatory fixes:
Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Press Control-Alt-Del to enter the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab and end the following processes:

C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\dspmwb.exe

Exit the Task Manager when finished

Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

O2 - BHO: BHO - {00000015-A527-34E7-25C2-03A4E313B2E9} - c:\WINDOWS\system32\winsrvs_1.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SysInit] wininit32.exe -drivers
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IST Service] C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [SysInit] wininit32.exe -drivers
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SysInit] wininit32.exe -drivers

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc <- this folder
C:\WINDOWS\dspmwb.exe

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we'll take another look.
