My computer is infected with Trojan.Startpage.GEN. I know that there already was a topic on this, but so far nothing in it has really helped me. Every time I open a video file, this nasty bug turns up. The audio is not affected, but the image itself is no longer fluent, making it unwatchable.
This thing copies itself on my computer everytime when I open Windows Media Player even when I'm not connected to the internet.
Spyware Doctor detects it in the registry as follows:
