Please help me what to do as why computer keeps rebooting it self and does not allow me to log into the system.

Is there any other way to fix this problem without using a Win Xp cd? Im getting the same problem and receiving a stop error message (Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error} and the blue screen of death... Please help !!

You can borrow a same verion XP CD to run this

Same as the version used to install XP

If you need to enter a product key, you must enter yours

I tried booting it with windows xp cd and recovering it but the installation stops when reaches nearly the end. Please HELP me! I have all my projects on this drive and I would certainly fail if I donot get my data back.

Alternative XP Repair Install Method

Use Windows Installation CD to repair the current installation, from the list, which uses a slightly different method

Windows XP repair feature won't delete your data, installed programs, personal information, or settings. It just repairs the operating system

After running XP Repair you will need to install all Windows Updates
