i have an hp pavillion 760' desktop. i have 1 cd rom and 1 dvd rom drive not working. i went under ''device manager and checked the 2 devices drivers and im getting this message''Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)..i had recently uninstalled ''hp record now'' is that the problem and if it is what should i do! <_<

You probably have conflicting burning software. Try uninstalling any CD burning programs on your computer, and then choose one to reinstall.
